In this role, you’ll be a key player in maintaining the functionality, safety, and efficiency of our facilities—ensuring our teams can operate at peak performance.This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, respond quickly to facility needs, and be an essential part of day-to-day operations.\nWhat you'll do:Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment, including inspections and troubleshooting.Conduct repairs and replacements of defective or worn-out components.Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and address any maintenance-related concerns.Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.Provide light facilities support (move chairs, set up banners, Conference room support)Drive to other locations for routine maintenance inspections using the company vehicle.Operate forklift, scissor lift, and pallet jack.Assist other roles as needed.Required qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Experience in warehouse maintenance or a related field.Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.Must be able to pass a driver's license background check.Preferred qualifications:Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.\n$19 - $29 an hour\nFull-time regular employee offer package: Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity Temporary employee offer package: Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
