The global creative studio provides total creative solutions, from insights, creative to content production and experiences, through access to our global talent network for brands around the world.\nResponsibilities:Work closely with clients to advise agency solutions in best practice.Understand clients’ brands, products, services, and requirements.Understand HYPEBEAST products, services and requirements.Lead projects, manage timeline and control budget at all stages.Liaise and manage resources.Be a team coach to train Account Executive.Work closely with peers across departments and disciplines to deliver qualified work from ideation to completion, including but not limiting to Creative, Editorial, and Production team.Control quality, ensure high standard and adequate agency work delivery from internal and third parties to clients.Build strong relationship with clients.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above.Passionate to advertising and media industry.Internet savvy and familiar with fashion, beauty, sportswear and youth culture.4+ years of solid experience in advertising industry in terms of Account Management, in ATL or content creation relevant category are preferred. Proven Account and Project Management skills of brand campaigns.Team Player that is able to motivate and encourage team to achieve targets.Excellent communication and presentation skills, problem solving and analytical skills.Be able to multi-task.Highly detail orientated, be able to handle complicated projects with clear mind.Be able to priorities for an adequate and effective follow-through.Fluent in Microsoft Office and Keynote.Fluent in mandarin Chinese and fluent in written & oral English.Less experienced candidates will be considered as Account Manager.\nIf you think you’ve got what it takes, please provide your cover letter, CV and expected salary.This position is based and located in Shanghai.
