360Learning’s IT Specialist  is contributing to the internal IT Department to provide the best experience for employees. With 400 FTEs (of which 100 are in the USA), multiple 3rd party delivery partners and outsourced IT service providers to manage, the IT Specialist is key to the success of daily IT operations.Based in France, you’ll have the opportunity to work partially remotely and will partner closely with the HR and Security team. You’ll report to the IT Manager.\nWithin 1 month, you will:Meet the team and explore TrelloLearn to navigate Convexity, our working environment Define your roadmap and OKRs Become familiar with our partners and providersUnderstand the team's processes Within 3 months, you will:Take ownership of internal IT support operations and deliver improvements to streamline workflows and response timesAct as the main operational point of contact for employee IT support, ensuring a smooth and reliable experienceMonitor MDM compliance and provide employee support for device-related issues Coordinate with the Hardware Managed Service Provider (MSP) to execute employee onboarding and offboarding processesEnsure onboarding and offboarding activities are delivered on time and in line with defined proceduresWithin 6 months, you will:Ensure consistent execution of internal IT processes across all regionsProactively reduce recurring support issues through process improvements and better documentationImprove inventory accuracy and asset lifecycle tracking in collaboration with partners and toolsContribute to automation and workflow optimization initiatives led by the IT ManagerWithin 12 months, you will:Be a key operational contributor to the management of self-hosted IT internal applications (infrastructure-level operations, monitoring, maintenance)Act as an IT operations point of contact during security or IT incidents, working closely with the SOC to support investigation, containment, and remediation activitiesContribute to the standardization, hardening, and lifecycle management of operating systems by applying defined baseline configurations, supporting OS version upgrades, and ensuring consistency across the fleet.Contribute to the implementation of automated support solutions, such as an internal IT support chatbot, to improve employee self-service and reduce repetitive requests.The Skill Set:You have 1–3 years of experience in Internal IT, IT Support, or IT OperationsYou demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a support and operations contextYou are interested in scripting and automating your work (Python, Bash, or REST APIs are a plus)You are familiar with MDM solutions (Jamf and Intune are a plus) and endpoint environments (macOS and Windows)You have a good understanding of operating systems and are comfortable supporting OS upgrades and device complianceYou approach internal IT support with an automation-first mindset, aiming to reduce manual tasks and improve long-term efficiencyYou have already worked with remote teams and are comfortable with asynchronous communicationYou have very good written communication skills and a strong sense of serviceFluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)Enthusiasm for our working environment explained here:  https://bit.ly/Convexity_360LWhat we offer:Compensation: Package includes base salary and equity ????Benefits/Perks: Work From Home stipend, RTT, lunch vouchers, medical insurance, gym subscription, 1 month parental leave for the second parent. Balance: Flexible hours, full remote work possible anywhere in France ????Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: We have 6 active ERGs including Mental Health, Environmental/Sustainability, Women, Parents, LGBTQIA2S+, and Ethnic Diversity.
