Committed to electing candidates who are steadfast in their support for sexual and reproductive health and rights in furtherance of the Action Fund's mission, Planned Parenthood Votes (PPVotes), an independent expenditure committee (SuperPAC) registered with the Federal Election Commission, conducts independent expenditures in federal races and engages in state elections as permitted by state campaign finance laws.Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) and Planned Parenthood Action Fund (Action Fund) seek an Advocacy Campaigns & Electoral Creative Project Manager to support PPFA and Action Fund’s advocacy and issue campaigns operations, and Action Fund and PPVotes electoral program operations leading up to and during the 2026 electoral cycle. This job reports to the Associate Director, Brand Operations on the Brand Team. The Brand Team works to set unified brand strategy; determine, prioritize, and engage key audiences; lead and shape brand campaigns, visuals, tone, and storytelling; and ensure adherence to brand standards.This role is expected to begin in February 2026 and end in December 2026.\nPurpose:Serve as a project manager for creative and production elements of brand experiential activations, working closely with the Creative, Video, Editorial, and Brand Strategy teams for PPFA and Action Fund advocacy and issue campaigns, and Action Fund and PPVotes’ electoral campaigns. Serve as the creative project manager for the Action Fund and PPVotes’ 2026 electoral campaign work, working closely with electoral teams across the organizations and primarily with the Creative, Video, and Editorial teams.Review and/or run the review chain for all Action Fund and PPVotes’ IE electoral creative and content, including materials designed and produced by internal teams and external partners.Manage Action Fund and PPVotes’ electoral creative projects, ensuring that timelines, strategies, and workflows around content curation/strategy are implemented and aligned to the overarching vision and mission, as well as national and state campaign-specific goals.Ensure clear, compelling, and cohesive storytelling across all assets and channels, including website, social channels, partnerships, email, direct mailers, television or radio commercials, etc, for PPFA and Action Fund advocacy and issue campaigns and Action Fund and PPVotes’ electoral campaigns.Delivery:Oversee quality control and vendor coordination, as well as scope and contracts for projects, in collaboration with the PPFA & Action Fund’s advocacy teams and Action Fund and PPVotes’ IE team and their infrastructures. Accountable for the timing of deliverables, copy, concept, design, and delivery of assets, plans, and media.Develop project schedules, identify impact moments and peaks, opportunities for integration within the Brand team, and in collaboration with cross-functional partners.Manage vendors and ensure all projects meet the established goals and are completed on budget and on time. Collaborate and support in-house Creative and Video teams with project timelines, department reviews, revisions, asset versioning, and delivery of assets.Facilitate the management of cross-divisional and affiliate integrated project teams.Prioritize, manage, and move along multiple projects, anticipate project breakdowns, and clarify needs to meet project goals.Assist in developing and distributing content as needed for local Planned Parenthood organizations and partners, ensuring that internal and external timelines are met. Track and report staff’s execution and planning time to comply with different state and federal tracking requirements. Ensure materials are on brand and meet legal guidelines.Performs other duties as assigned.Engagement: Build consensus across many teams while maintaining diplomacy and using intuition.Manage and lead communication with staff in other departments/divisions, as well as outside vendors and local Planned Parenthood organizations, to develop and produce creative content to support organizational goals.Employ a collaborative work style; able to facilitate among diverse communities and individuals; willingness to pitch in/ jump in.Ensure that deliverables are met and systems meet other staff’s needs.
