Our customers range from small and medium-sized businesses to enterprises level, spanning various industries and sectors, and recruited largely on the back of our Affiliate Program.The Manager of Affiliate Activation role is an opportunity to bring your management experience and sales-minded entrepreneurial spirit to oversee the success of a team of Affiliate Managers on our Affiliate Activation team In this role, you will be responsible for actively supporting and managing a variety of initiatives for the HighLevel affiliate program in coordination for your Affiliate Manager team. Your excellent communication skills and working knowledge of the marketing technology landscape will serve you well as you impact the largest channel of HighLevel customer acquisition.\nWhat You'll Be DoingOversee a team of Affiliate Managers’ responsibilities of activating new affiliates, one-to-many affiliate engagement activities, affiliate intel tracking, monthly affiliate customer trends, as well as executing strategic plans for affiliate engagement and recruitment.Actively facilitate and manage internal processes such as affiliate gamification, affiliate commissions, and program budget tracking in conjunction with the Director of Affiliate Programs.Curate campaigns that teach potential affiliates about HighLevel Affiliate best practices, encourage affiliates to promote HighLevel, and implement long-lasting impact on affiliates’ social campaigns that drive traffic to HighLevelEnsure the Affiliate team is effectively trained and able to articulate the value proposition of the HighLevel platform to better recruit prospective affiliates.Manage, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate managers to achieve performance and company goals by holding your team accountable to KPIs, initiatives, and assigned projects, and providing feedback on how to improve success. Analyze metrics for affiliate activation, engagement, satisfaction, and expansion to aid in project planning and prioritization.Confidently navigate and interpret large amounts of data present in our affiliate-tracking software or that of which is provided by our Data Analyst team and use a data-minded approach to plan department work and socialize its outcomes.Manage all aspects of affiliate account management, affiliate intel tracking, monthly affiliate customer trends, and contract compliance.Support company-wide marketing strategy and lead the Affiliate team in integrating and aligning affiliate department activities.Manage projects/vendors effectively and efficiently communicate across all levels of the organization.Lead outreach efforts with potential affiliates to be digitally present in their communities.Attend in-person events, which may include but is not limited to travel, standing for long periods of time, and full participation in eventsAssist in other/event duties as assigned What You’ll Bring: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
