Behind those numbers are real people growing their companies, connecting with customers, and making their mark - and we get to help make that happen.About the Role:As an SDET, you will play a key role in validating dynamic UI builders, complex conditional logic, schema-driven configurations, data flows, and API interactions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and seamless integration across HighLevel’s platform.\nResponsibilities:Take ownership of the quality of deliverables, including new features and enhancementsCollaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and user workflowsDesign and execute efficient manual test cases, including functional, regression, and exploratory testingBuild and maintain automation test scripts for UI and API validations (using Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent)Identify and address QA process bottlenecks, driving continuous improvementsParticipate in sprint ceremonies, bug triages, and release readiness discussionsTrack, report, and validate defects using defect management toolsSupport integration testing with external APIs (e.g., Shipday, proprietary delivery software)Ensure high-quality test execution in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environmentsWork closely with senior SDETs and developers to scale automation and adopt best practicesRequirements:3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in SaaS/web applicationsStrong knowledge of API testing and performance testing (Postman, JMeter, or equivalent)Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser debugging toolsHands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar)Good programming skills in at least one language (Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, TypeScript or Ruby)Solid understanding of OOP concepts and design patternsExperience with source control (Git or SVN)Knowledge of Agile software development (Scrum/Kanban) and the QA role within itStrong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple test executionsNice to Have:Exposure to white box and black box testing approachesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environmentsPrior experience with automation in distributed systems or API-heavy applicationsBasic knowledge of performance/security testing concepts\nEEO Statement:The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
