We do this by building features that solve real-world problems for SMEs that improve agency stickiness for the platform.We also allow them to consolidate their offering to their clients in a single platform packaged under their white-labeled brand. This team acts as a bridge between multiple product areas including Phone System, Email System, CRM, Reputation Management, Payments etc.About the Role:As a Lead SDET – Mobile, you will own and drive the quality strategy for our mobile applicationsbuilt using Flutter. You will lead mobile test automation efforts across iOS and Android, architectscalable automation frameworks, and introduce AI-driven solutions to improve test effectiveness, speed, and reliability.You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases, while mentoring SDETs and setting technical direction for the QA organisation. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on technical depth, leadership, and a forward-looking mindset toward AI-assisted testing.\nResponsibilities:Lead end-to-end mobile testing and automation for iOS and Android applications (Flutter-based)Architect, enhance, and own scalable mobile automation frameworks using tools such as Appium, Flutter Integration Tests, Espresso, etc.Drive adoption of AI-assisted testing (test generation, failure analysis, flaky test reduction, intelligent reporting, prompt-based workflows)Define and execute test strategies covering functional, regression, performance, reliability, and non-functional testingDebug complex issues across automation code, application behavior, device/platform differences, and CI infrastructureOwn release quality, including automated regressions, risk assessment, and final QA sign-offsPartner closely with Product, Design, Dev, and DevOps to improve testability and reduce production defectsMentor and technically guide SDETs and interns; set coding, review, and automation best practicesTrack and report quality metrics, automation ROI, and coverage to stakeholdersContinuously improve QA processes to reduce cycle time and increase confidence in releasesRequirements:5+ years of experience in mobile testing and automation, with lead-level ownershipStrong hands-on experience with Flutter-based mobile apps and testing frameworks (Flutter Integration Tests, Appium, Espresso, etc.).Excellent programming skills in Dart, Java, Kotlin, or similarProven experience designing and maintaining robust, scalable test automation frameworksStrong understanding of mobile-specific challenges (platform differences, lifecycle, performance, memory, network)Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Codemagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions)Solid understanding of API testing and backend dependenciesAbility to perform deep root-cause analysis (RCA) for automation failures and production issuesStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments and driving quality initiatives independentlyGood to Have:Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, custom LLM workflows)Experience with declarative / DSL-based testing approachesMobile performance testing (Startup time, FPS, memory, Battery, Jank)Experience with cloud device farms (Firebase Test Lab, BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)Passion for mentoring and building high-performing QA teams\nEEO Statement:The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
