This role is for someone who defines quality strategy, drives automation at scale, mentors teams, and takes a firm stand when quality is at risk even under intense delivery pressure.\nResponsibilities:Own end-to-end quality across multiple CRM core modules and teams, acting as the final authority on release readinessDefine and drive quality strategy, identifying systemic gaps in process, tooling, and execution—and closing them sustainablyLead, mentor, and nurture SDETs—setting clear expectations, guiding prioritization, and raising the overall quality barEstablish and execute a strong automation vision, ensuring scalable, reliable coverage and supporting the team in automating complex workflows and integrationsPlan and strategize testing for releases, balancing speed, risk, and coverage while adapting to changing prioritiesPartner closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and Leadership to surface risks early and influence decisions with dataAdvocate firmly for quality—taking a stand to hold or delay releases when necessary, even under delivery pressureBuild a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer-first thinking across teamsDrive change with empathy and clarity, pushing improvements with minimal friction while staying firm on standardsRequirements:7+ years of experience testing complex web applications or B2B SaaS platformsProven experience leading SDETs or quality initiatives across teamsExtensive hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.) and scalable test designStrong background driving team-wide automation goals and outcomesExpertise in API testing, performance/load testing, and backend validationDeep understanding of system architecture, databases, integrations, and distributed systemsHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environmentsAbility to debug complex issues across services and environmentsExcellent communication skills—clear, assertive, and effective with all stakeholdersStrong product sense and a customer-first quality mindset\nEEO Statement:The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
