We are seeking engineers who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoy problem-solving, and stay updated with the latest models and solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge performance testing strategies and drive impactful initiatives across the organisation.\nResponsibilities:Implement performance, scalability, and reliability testing strategiesCapture and analyze key performance metrics to identify bottlenecksWork closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to optimize system performanceReview application architecture and suggest improvements to enhance scalabilityLeverage AI at appropriate layers to improve efficiency and drive positive business outcomesDrive performance testing initiatives across the organization and ensure seamless executionAutomate the capturing of performance metrics and generate performance trend reportsResearch, evaluate, and conduct PoCs for new tools and solutionsCollaborate with developers and architects to enhance frontend and API performanceConduct root cause analysis of performance issues using logs and monitoring toolsEnsure high availability and reliability of applications and servicesRequirements:8-10 years of hands-on experience in Performance, Reliability, and Scalability testingStrong skills in capturing, analyzing, and optimizing performance metricsExpertise in performance testing tools such as Locust, Gatling, k6, etc.Experience working with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and setting up performance testing environmentsKnowledge of CI/CD deployments and integrating performance testing into pipelinesProficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) for test automationHands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (New Relic, AppDynamics, Prometheus, etc.)Strong knowledge of JVM monitoring, thread analysis, and RESTful servicesExperience in optimising frontend performance and API performanceAbility to deploy applications in Kubernetes and troubleshoot environment issuesExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues effectivelyExperience in increasing application/service availability from 99.9% (three 9s) to 99.99% or higher (four/five 9s)\nEEO Statement:The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
