The Foundations Team works specifically on high leverage initiatives to improve the data, systems, and processes underpinning our go-to-market strategy. As a Sales Ops Associate on the GTM Foundations Team, you’ll work closely with GTM stakeholders and our GTM Systems team to build and continuously improve upon foundational go-to-market processes.\nResponsiblitiesOwn critical sales operations processes, including territory management, Closed-Won deal review, sales headcount and hierarchy management, and moreManage enablement, both live and documented, on processes and operations related to the CRM and GTM SystemsConstantly evaluate our GTM systems and processes; ideate and execute on improvements and process automationWork with GTM stakeholders and other GTM Ops team members to continuously identify and bridge gaps in data, systems, and processes to accelerate revenueQualifications2-5 years of experience in Sales or Operations at a tech company or startupBasic proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel; a demonstrated ability to develop analytical and quantitative skillsThe ability and willingness to learn SQL and other data analysis and visualization toolsFamiliarity with Salesforce; experience with sales platforms like Clay, Gong, etc. is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and cross-functional partnersContinuous improvement mindset; ability to seek out and implement internal or external best practices\n$122,400 - $156,000 a yearThe target base salary for this position ranges from $122,400/year to $156,000/year in Zone 1. The target base salary will vary based on the job's location. Our geographic zones are as follows:Zone 1 - New York City and San Francisco Bay Area Zone 2 - Los Angeles, Seattle, Washington D.C.Zone 3 - Austin, Boston, Denver, Houston, Portland, Sacramento, San DiegoZone 4 - Raleigh-Durham and all other US citiesAdditional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered.
