If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.\nResponsibilities:Manage GL accountingPrepare the schedule of prepaid expenses, Capitalization of assets, maintainingFixed Asset register, and monthly amortization.Prepare monthly closing entriesPrepare OPEX analysis and ensure accruals are accounted for with proper documentationPrepare accounting reports and statements by Segment, Regional Business Unit, Legal EntitiesProvide technical accounting advice to functional or operational area managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports and manage their financial responsibilitiesReconcile accounting records with the independent administratorAssist in internal and external audits by providing accurate financial documentationAssist with special projects as needed which may include new accounting standards, system implementations/enhancements, benefit plan financial statements and financial analysesPrepare all required tax reporting and compliance formsPrepare annual reports and tax reports for various statesRequirements:A Bachelors Degree or higher in Accounting & Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or other relevant fields3-5 years of experience within the fieldStrong proficiency and knowledge of Accounting, Tax, and Compliance.A Finance Graduate with relevant years of experience or CA/CA-inter is a strong plus.Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office and other Finance software\n#ALEPHWhy Join Us?Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents.
