We work with leading agencies and brands across Korea to educate and inform them about the evolving opportunities on X.As a Junior Client Solutions Manager for X, you will support the design, execution, and optimization of campaigns while developing your expertise in paid media and client consulting. This role is ideal for someone early in their digital media career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to client success.\nWhat You’ll DoSupport clients and agencies in achieving success on the paid media platform and meeting their business goals and KPIsAssist in campaign setup, monitoring performance, and implementing optimization recommendationsWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to support client growth strategies on the platformHelp build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and advertisersSupport the planning and delivery of educational sessions for agency campaign managers and clientsAssist in driving product adoption across agency teams and strategic clientsDevelop product expertise and communicate updates and best practices clearly to stakeholdersIdentify potential upsell opportunities and flag them to senior team membersLiaise with internal teams to help troubleshoot and resolve client campaign queriesSupport the preparation and delivery of business reviewsCollaborate with Client Partners on pod strategy and quarterly tactical planningAssist with pre-sales and post-sales activities, including presentation and deck preparationContinuously build performance marketing expertise to execute campaigns effectivelyWhat You Need for This Role1–3 years of experience in digital media, marketing, or advertisingBasic experience with paid media campaign management and performance analysisStrong organizational and time management skillsProactive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detailComfortable creating and presenting client-facing materialsFluent in Korean and professional working proficiency in EnglishSalesforce experience is a plusWhat Will Make Us Really Love YouStrong analytical mindset with curiosity about performance marketingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCollaborative team player with a growth mindsetPassion for digital media, social platforms, and client successAbility to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environmentWhat You’ll Love About UsOpportunity to work with top agencies and global brandsFast-growing, innovative environmentStrong learning and development supportCollaborative and inclusive cultureClear career progression within Client Solutions\nReady to grow your career in digital media?
