It reduces operational activities, increases customer satisfaction, and impacts the overall operational result.\nMain ResponsabilitiesProvide support to clients, resolving technical, operational, and commercial inquiriesManage support tickets and follow up until resolutionEscalate complex issues to the corresponding team when necessaryDocument every client interaction in our management toolsIdentify opportunities for improvement in customer service processesCollaborate with other departments (commercial, finance, technology) to seek continuous process improvementMaintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/servicesSkills And Experience RequiredPrevious experience in customer service or technical support roles (minimum 1-2 years).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Problem-solving orientation and a proactive approach.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Advanced English level.Knowledge of Meta Ads\nWhy Join Us?Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents.
