We’re looking for someone who understands the digital marketing ecosystem—particularly the performance agency space—and thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.If you're excited by the idea of launching something new, making a measurable impact, and working with a globally respected platform, then this role is for you. \nWhat You’ll DoIdentify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.Build and manage your pipeline of potential customers and opportunities autonomously, and meet or exceed sales targets.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in performance agencies and merchant organizations.Provide regular sales reports and sales strategy updates to management.Create and manage sales forecasts, KPI results, and profitability metrics, and share them with senior management and the wider business.Be solutions-oriented and proactively prevent any blockers that may impact growth.Work with the Sales Director and marketing team to drive local go-to-market strategies.Collaborate with individuals and teams across the business to ensure optimal client experiences.What You Need For This Role 3+ years of digital advertising experience, either in business development, account management or ad sales experience, focused on large accounts: creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships.Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or similar.Profound comprehension of the local advertising ecosystem, including a comprehensive understanding of key players and stakeholders within the industry.Experience with online advertising, analytics, and social media.Strong commercial skills (responsible for direct revenue).Direct experience in e-commerce and performance advertising.You can work independently and set your own workflows to achieve sales targets.You are fluent in Slovak and English.What Will Make Us Really Love YouYou have an eye for detailYou are an efficient communicator internally and externally with excellent communication skills in English.You are able to consult on reporting methods, advertising budget allocation and incrementality.You have a track record of searching for leads, approaching and pitching independently. You are comfortable with cold messaging and approaching new leads.You have the ability to prioritize and are comfortable managing multiple sales pitches and projects.What You’ll Love About UsWe care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your positionWork in a dynamic team in a fast-paced industry of an international company with multi-cultural teams around the world Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising Flexible Hybrid work model. Salary RangeEUR 2,500+ The compensation package includes both fixed and variable components, offering the potential for above-market income opportunities.\nWhy Join Us?Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents.
