We pride ourselves on the high-quality education we provide our students and our student pass rates. Position OverviewWe are currently seeking part-time Real Estate Instructors to instruct in-person and online courses, utilizing content and course materials provided by ASREB, to teach pre-licensing and continuing education courses for our Scottsdale and Glendale, Arizona campuses. Classes are scheduled in the mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the length of each class is dictated based on the number of required hours. The instructor is paid an hourly rate based on the number of hours in the class. \nWhat You'll DoInstruct assigned courses according to the course planActively engage with students, both in the classroom and onlineUtilize strong understanding with webinar/livestreaming technology and online instructionRecommend strategies for success and assist students in meeting course objectivesWhat You'll Need to SucceedMinimum 5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or as an attorney requiredActive Arizona Real Estate license (salesperson or broker) requiredPrior experience teaching pre-license or continuing education courses in AZ strongly preferredComputer with an HD camera and microphone required Quiet, dedicated office space with strong internet connection requiredAbility to instruct in an onsite classroom and via Zoom requiredLivestream teaching experience preferredDREI certification preferredExperience or qualifications in the areas of law, finance, or appraisal for those specific courses preferred\nColibri Group welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, and we understand that not every candidate will meet every requirement listed in the job description.
