For over 60 years, Becker has been the partner accountants trust with their professional education.The primary responsibility of the Sr. Specialist is the development and updated of our EA and CPA curriculum with a focus on tax. The Sr. Specialist is expected to bring technical expertise and knowledge of the accounting profession to provide best-in-class learning and continuing education to accounting professionals.\nWhat You'll Do:Write content as neededReview EA and CPA course materials developed by subject matter experts (SMEs) including textbooks and lectures  Write and/or review EA and CPA course questions, flashcards, and other course componentsProvide guidance to production team on images to be used in course materialTrain SMEs on the use of EA and CPA course templatesAssist in the maintenance of EA and CPA mapping to technical guidanceAssist in the development of curriculum for custom content projectsFollow developments and trends in accounting profession and plan the timely development and updates to course material to respond to these developmentsComplete other duties as assignedCollaborate and respond to inquiries from cross functional teams Manage the development and timelines of course content developed by SMEsLeverage instructional design principles to convey technical accounting concepts  What You'll Need to Succeed:Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business, finance and/or accounting required; master's degree preferredCPA and/or EA designation required5-10 years of experience in the accounting and tax profession with content or technical development preferredExcellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projectsStrong organizational and resource management skills\nColibri Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
