This cross-functional role is part program manager, part operator, and part strategic orchestrator, ensuring company-wide initiatives run efficiently, deliver impact, and stay aligned with broader business goals.You’ll sit at the intersection of GTM, Product, and Operations teams, helping drive structure, clarity, and velocity across regional and global initiatives tied to our Tier 1 ecosystem partners.\nKey Responsibilities:Drive alignment and execution across teams to support key partnership initiativesRemove roadblocks, clarify priorities, and ensure initiatives land with impactBuild the processes and infrastructure needed to scale execution across regionsCoordinate with Product, GTM, and Ops teams to connect strategic vision to day-to-day deliveryReport progress to leadership, linking outcomes to measurable business valueWhat Success Looks Like:Strong contribution to new sales through Aircall’s ecosystem partnershipsHigh attachment rates for Tier 1 integrationsConsistent delivery of cross-functional quarterly OKRsTangible improvements in execution velocity and operational maturityQualifications:7+ years of experience in SaasWorking with HubSpot & Salesforce is a big plusExceptional program or project management skills in a SaaS or tech-driven environmentComfortable sparring with Product and Engineering teamsStrong executive presence and crisp storytellingExperience working across multiple regions and functionsBased in one of our offices in EMEA (Paris, London, Madrid or Berlin)\nWhy join us?????
