You'll support impactful initiatives including pricing, packaging, multi-product strategies and self-service approaches. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Relations to translate data needs into powerful solutions. You'll also establish best practices in analytics and mentor team members, ensuring high standards in data governance and insight generation.\nYour mission @ Aircall:Partner with product and business leaders to define the analytics roadmap and deliver key projects in customer acquisition, engagement, and retentionProvide actionable insights and compelling narratives to influence major decisions at the C-levelBuild a culture of experimentation by designing and executing rigorous A/B tests to measure business impact Work closely with data engineers to continuously improve the data stack, governance practices, and analysis qualityA little more about you:5+ years of hands-on technical experience in a high growth environmentProficiency in SQL for deriving insightsProficiency in PythonData-driven, structured and solution oriented with extensive experience in building rigorous experimentsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex data clearly to stakeholders at all levelsYou have an insatiable curiosity and are biased toward action\n$115,000 - $188,000 a yearThis is not including equity and other benefits.
