In this role, you will work across the entire software development lifecycle, contributing to architecture, coding, testing, and deployment while ensuring high-quality and reliable deliverables. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. This position offers the chance to solve challenging technical problems, mentor junior engineers, and make a meaningful impact on the design, development, deployment, and operation of world-class software and features that add customer value.\nResponsibilities at AircallParticipate in requirements analysis to help with providing the right technical and business solutions for our customersHave key responsibilities within the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of your developmentWrite clean scalable code and test and deploy applications and systemsRevise, update, refactor, and debug codeParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.Be part of an engineering organization delivering high quality, secure, voice solutions to Aircall clientsInvolvement in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoringParticipate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical system issues and ensure continuous system reliabilitySecurity is at the forefront of your mind in everything that you doMinimum QualificationsAt least 1 year of professional experience in back-end or full-stack developmentExpert level programming ability with Typescript (+React), Python, or RubyDeep understanding of software development practices, scalable system architecture, security best practices and cloud-based platformsProven understanding of distributed computing principles and experience with cloud-based platformsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot complex data issuesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, you should thrive while working in a cross-functional team environmentExperience with on-call rotations, and implementing monitoring and alerting systemsComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving prioritiesPreferred QualificationsExperience deploying software to cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience with the complete software development life cycle, from design to deployment and operationExperience with building secure, scalable, and performant software\n$140,000 - $190,000 a yearThis is not including equity and other benefits.
