We’re seeking a Team Leader – Outbound to oversee daily fulfilment operations across Orders Admin, Pick, and Pack, leading a motivated team to achieve high accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment.This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives on operational excellence, loves developing and inspiring people, and knows how to turn data into action to drive performance\nWhat you’ll be doing Lead and manage the Outbound team to ensure daily order fulfilment targets are achievedPlan, prioritise and monitor workflows to ensure volumes are cleared accurately and on timeTrack and report on daily and weekly KPIs, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvementForecast order volumes and allocate labour to meet operational demand and carrier cut-off timesAct as the first point of contact for IT related issues impacting outbound operationsPartner with Customer Experience to troubleshoot and resolve order-related issuesCoach, develop and support team members through regular feedback, training and structured check-insFacilitate onboarding, training and clear performance targets for new startersApprove and audit timesheets, ensuring accuracy and complianceChampion WHS standards, safe work practices and PPE compliance across the teamWhat success looks likeOutbound orders consistently meet carrier service cut-offs with minimal missed ordersPick and Pack productivity meets or exceeds benchmark IPH targetsCPI variance remains within budget toleranceThe team is engaged, well-trained and performing to a high standardAt least one continuous improvement project is delivered each quarterSafety remains a top priority, with strong reporting, risk mitigation and safe work practices embedded into daily operationsWhat you’ll need4+ years’ experience in outbound operations, warehouse leadership or distribution centre environmentsProven ability to lead teams, manage workflows and prioritise in a high-volume, fast-paced settingStrong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindsetExperience using WMS platforms, Excel, Shopify, Google Suite and communication toolsSolid understanding of WHS requirements, carrier compliance and operational standardsClear, confident communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence diverse teamsA proactive, adaptable leadership style with a strong focus on continuous improvement\nWe recognize that asking you to give 100% of yourself on daily basis, requires us to show you the love and offer a package that can only be described as best in class within the retail space today! ·      Amazing Employee Discount Program;·     The chance to work with like-minded trend-setting individuals;·      Positive Company Culture that celebrates both personal & company milestones;Aside from the amazing array of tangible benefits and perks, Princess Polly offers you the chance to make a daily impact on a global business.
