We’re on the hunt for casual Warehouse Assistants to join our high-energy team at our Highland Park Distribution Centre and help us keep delivering the Princess Polly magic to customers all over the world.No two days are the same, one minute you’re picking orders, the next you’re helping us power through peak periods with your energy and precision. Your role helps bring the Princess Polly experience to life for every customer, every time.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGReceiving Inbound shipments and verifying inventoryPreparing incoming stock for shelving and inventory placementPicking and Packing stock to accurately fulfil online ordersProcessing customer Returns efficiently and accuratelyCross-training across multiple warehouse functions as neededMeeting daily KPIs and productivity targetsDemonstrating reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethicContributing to an exceptional customer experience behind the scenesMaintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouseWHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR; Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracyReliable, punctual, and consistent in their workPositive team players with a strong work ethicAdaptable and willing to learn across multiple warehouse functionsAble to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentEager to contribute ideas that improve efficiencyOrganized, with good time management skillsPhysically capable of being on your feet and lifting packages during your shiftAvailability of a minimum of 3 days per week (Monday to Friday)Ability to work between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with the occasional weekend shifts during peak period.BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:Experience in a warehouse, logistics or retail environment (fashion experience is a big plus)A forklift licence (not essential, but definitely a bonus)Background in quality control, inventory or returnsStrong communication skills and a goal-driven mindset\nWe’d love to hear from you!
