This role is perfectly suited to an early-career designer who’s ready to build hands-on experience across campaigns, digital, paid and marketing channels, while learning from a talented team in a fast-paced, creatively driven environment. You’ll help bring ideas to life through strong execution, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for design, fashion and visual culture.\nWhat you’ll be doingYou’ll play a key role in delivering on-brand creative across the business, including digital, web, paid and campaign creative assetsRolling out promotional graphics across multiple sizes and formats for different placementsPreparing final files to platform specifications and deadlinesSupporting campaign execution under the guidance of senior designersAdapting existing creative for new uses while maintaining brand consistencyStaying across design trends, fashion culture and emerging visual styles, bringing inspiration and ideas to the teamDeveloping your skills through feedback, collaboration and hands-on experienceWhat success looks likeConsistently delivering polished, on-brand assets that meet briefs and deadlinesSupporting campaign, social and internal design requests efficiently and accuratelyShowing clear growth in your design skills, confidence and executionDemonstrating curiosity, engagement and awareness of trends and visual cultureBeing a reliable, collaborative team member who takes feedback on board and continues to improveWhat you’ll bring to the role1–2 years’ experience in graphic design, or relevant internship experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and FigmaStrong attention to detail and pride in your workThe ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance in a fast-paced environmentA visually curious mindset with an interest in fashion, trends and creative cultureA collaborative, positive attitude and openness to feedback\nThis is a hands-on, growth-focused role where your career truly begins.To apply, please submit your CV, a copy of your portfolio, and links to your Instagram or social platforms that showcase your work.
