Position Overview:The Associate Software Developer – AI will be instrumental in implementing AI technologies to enhance business processes across the organization.  This role involves working with the other members of the Automation CoE to implement AI-based solutions that are identified and approved.  The responsibilities include developing proof of concepts (POCs) and working with the team to implement AI solutions at scale globally. Key skills include proficiency in NLP, prompt engineering, and hands-on experience with AI tools and frameworks. The role is available at our offices in Hyderabad and Bangalore.\nResponsibilities: Proof of Concepts (POCs): Develop and present POCs to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI-driven solutions.Implementation: Implement AI-driven solutions at scale across the organization, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards.Maintenance and enhancement: Ensure the deployed solutions are working as intended, respond to end-user and technical team requests for updates and bug fixes, support new requirements by upgrading the solution and ensure its availability for users.New AI driven solution ideation: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the AI world, understand how they would fit into Endpoint’s requirements and present them to senior management for review.Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field or appropriate experience will be considered.Experience:2+ years of extensive experience in software development with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.1+ years of experience can be considered for exceptional and proven candidatesStrong experience in understanding and implementation of the latest AI driven solutions in enterprise software applicationsPrevious working experience with an Interactive Response Technology (IRT) platform or system highly preferred.Skills:Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, are crucial. Additionally, proficiency in .Net, Java, JavaScript, etc. is desirable. Hands-On Experience with AI Tools and Frameworks: Practical experience with AI tools and frameworks such as Hugging Face and OpenAI.Prompt Engineering: Ability to design and optimize prompts for AI models to achieve desired outputs.Collaboration and Interdisciplinary Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to implement AI solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Excellent organizational and time management skillsAttentive listening skills.Additional skills that are desirable but not mandatory include:Understanding Neural Networks: Proficiency in neural networks, including architectures like Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Transformers, is essential.
