We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.\nWhat you’ll do: Paid media ownership:Own strategy, execution and optimisation across Meta, TikTok and SnapchatAct as a key performance partner on Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Demand Gen / App campaigns)Manage and scale large, multi-market budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and growthDrive full-funnel performance across acquisition, retargeting and lifecycle campaignsTracking & attribution (core focus):Own paid media tracking architecture end to end (social + Google Ads)Implement and maintain:Platform pixels & SDKsServer-side tracking (Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, Google Enhanced Conversions)SKAN & privacy-first measurement frameworksLead attribution strategy across platforms (platform-native, MMPs, internal models)Partner with analytics teams on incrementality testing, attribution modelling and MMMEnsure data quality and consistency across all paid media reportingAutomation & scalability:Build and maintain automation frameworks across paid social and Google AdsBudget pacing and reallocationBidding and scaling logicCreative, keyword and audience testingWork with APIs, feeds and internal tools to minimise manual workContinuously improve efficiency and scalability of paid media systemsAnalysis & experimentation:Design rigorous cross-channel testing frameworksAnalyse performance holistically, not just channel-by-channelTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholdersWhat you’ll bring: 5+ years of experience in paid social / performance marketingDeep hands-on expertise with Meta, TikTok and SnapchatStrong Google Ads experience (Search, YouTube, App or Demand Gen)Exceptional technical skills in tracking, attribution and automationProven experience with:Server-side tracking & enhanced conversionsMMPs or custom attribution setupsSKAN, consent and privacy changesComfortable working with:APIs, automation tools and feedsSQL / BigQuery / Looker or similar analytics environmentsStrong analytical mindset and attention to data qualityConfident cross-functional collaborator (analytics, engineering, product)Fluent EnglishNice to have: Experience in fintech, trading or regulated industriesHands-on scripting or programming (Python, JS)Experience owning incrementality or custom attribution modelsMentoring or leading technically minded marketers\nWhat you will get in return:• Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay!
