This role sits at the forefront of our legal function, supporting the expansion of our global footprint and innovative product offerings.You will play a critical role in advising on regulatory licensing initiatives, assessing legal risk for new product launches, and providing strategic counsel on cross-border legal matters. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, fintech-driven environment and is eager to influence key business decisions at a global scale.Assistance and managing the projects for authorizations in different countries.Drafting business plans, different manuals required, and other legal documents.Conducting research under regulation of different countries.Overseeing and giving the right advice on various license applications.Agreement review and managing some part of corporate related tasks.Advising on different legal and regulatory matters, etc..Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their strategic needs that. effectively support key projects, partnerships and commercial goals.RequirementsAt least 5 years PQE.
