We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.\nResponsibilities:Support licensing and regulatory projects across multiple jurisdictions, under the guidance of senior legal counsel(s)Assist with the preparation of licence applications, regulatory filings, and supporting documentationDraft and review business plans, policies, manuals, and internal procedures required for regulatory submissionsConduct legal and regulatory research related to financial services, brokerage, and fintech regulations in various countriesLiaise with external legal and compliance advisors supporting licensing processesReview and assist with commercial agreements and selected corporate mattersProvide day-to-day legal support on regulatory and compliance-related questionsWork closely with internal business teams to understand project needs and support commercial initiativesRequirements:2–6 years PQE as a qualified lawyerMinimum 1 year of experience in a brokerage, fintech, or law firm advising regulated financial services clientsHands-on exposure to licensing or regulatory work (supporting role acceptable)Experience working with external legal or compliance consultantsStrong legal research and drafting skillsCommercial mindset with an interest in understanding how regulated businesses operateAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured wayComfortable working in a fast-paced, international environmentBusiness-level English proficiency (B2 / CEFR or above)\nWhat you will get in return:• Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay!
