We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.Role PurposeAccountable for the establishment, management, and growth of the Poland branch, with full responsibility for commercial performance and regulatory compliance in line with local and EU requirements and group strategy.\nKey ResponsibilitiesCommercialOwn P&L and revenue growth of the Poland branch.Define and execute local market strategy (client acquisition, partnerships, distribution).Build, lead, and scale local commercial and support teams.Ensure alignment with group product, pricing, and risk appetite.Regulatory & GovernanceAct as the senior locally accountable executive vis-à-vis the Polish regulator and other authorities.Ensure full compliance with local laws, MiFID II, AML/CTF, conduct, and consumer protection rules.Oversee local compliance, reporting, audits, and regulatory inspections.Implement group policies and controls; escalate regulatory or risk issues promptly.OperationalOversee day-to-day branch operations and third-party relationships.Coordinate with group functions (Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Product).Ensure robust governance, controls, and documentation.Key RequirementsSenior leadership experience in a regulated financial services firm (brokerage, trading, banking, fintech).Strong knowledge of Polish financial regulation and EU regulatory frameworks.Proven commercial leadership with P&L ownership.Credible senior counterpart for regulators.Fluency in Polish and English.Reporting LineReports to EU CEO\nWhat you will get in return:• Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay!
