Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes projets pour mettre en œuvre la politique HSE de l’entreprise sur le terrain, en assurant la conformité, la gestion des risques et l'amélioration continue de la culture sécurité.\nVos responsabilitésÊtre le point de contact principal HSE sur les chantiers qui vous sont attribués.Traduire la politique HSE en outils pratiques adaptés au terrain (analyses de risques, plans d’urgence, procédures, etc.).Accompagner et conseiller les équipes projets de manière proactive sur les bonnes pratiques HSE.Réaliser des inspections régulières et systématiques des lieux de travail.Organiser des formations et sensibilisations en lien avec la sécurité.Participer à l’enquête des incidents et proposer des actions correctives.Assurer le suivi documentaire du système de management HSE.Participer au déploiement des programmes HSE du groupe (ex. : sécurité comportementale, journées sécurité).Reporter au Responsable HSE Belgique/Luxembourg et aux Chefs de Projet concernés.Profil recherchéMinimum 5 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un rôle HSE, idéalement dans le secteur de la construction.Certifié Conseiller en prévention niveau II (niveau I est un atout).Bonne maîtrise de la législation belge en matière de sécurité.Flexible et mobile sur différents projets en Wallonie.Parfaitement francophone ; maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais requise.
