Nous recherchons un Plant & Equipment Operations Engineer pour renforcer une équipe opérationnelle expérimentée, responsable de la gestion et du support d’une flotte variée de matériel de construction sur plusieurs projets en Belgique.Ce poste combine une présence régulière sur les chantiers avec un travail de coordination depuis une base opérationnelle centrale. Vous interviendrez sur des projets situés entre Bruxelles et le Limbourg, tout en travaillant également depuis la région bruxelloise (Sint-Pieters-Leeuw). Le rôle vise à garantir une utilisation sûre, efficace et fiable du matériel sur l’ensemble des projets assignés.\nVos responsabilitésPlanifier et coordonner la mobilisation et la démobilisation du matériel de construction sur différents chantiers.Fournir un support technique et opérationnel aux équipes chantier et aux ingénieurs méthodes pour les questions liées au matériel.Assurer le suivi de la flotte : suivi technique, suivi administratif et gestion du cycle de vie des équipements.Développer et maintenir des plans de maintenance préventive afin de garantir la disponibilité et la fiabilité des machines.Coordonner les inspections, réparations et opérations de maintenance avec les équipes internes, sous-traitants et fournisseurs externes.Être présent sur différents chantiers plusieurs jours par semaine, complété par des activités de coordination depuis la région bruxelloise.Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes planning, achats et gestion de projet afin d’aligner les besoins en matériel avec les plannings de projet.Suivre et rapporter l’utilisation du matériel, les coûts, les arrêts et les performances, et identifier des axes d’amélioration.Contribuer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue, telles que l’optimisation, la standardisation et la maîtrise des coûts.Veiller au respect de toutes les règles de sécurité, de santé et d’environnement liées à l’utilisation du matériel.Votre profilDiplôme de bachelier ou de master en génie mécanique, électromécanique ou ingénieur civil.Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en plant & equipment engineering, gestion de matériel ou support équipements dans la construction ou les travaux publics.Solides connaissances techniques des machines de construction, systèmes mécaniques et opérations de chantier.Expérience en maintenance préventive et en coordination des réparations et inspections.Organisé et à l’aise dans un environnement impliquant plusieurs chantiers et interlocuteurs.Bonnes compétences en communication et capacité à collaborer avec des équipes internes et des partenaires externes.Maîtrise du néerlandais, du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit).Esprit pratique, orienté solutions et capable de travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement dynamique.Idéalement domicilié dans, ou facilement mobile vers, la région Leuven–Bruxelles–Limbourg.Ce que nous offronsUn rôle d’ingénieur opérationnel directement lié à des projets de construction actifs en Belgique.Un équilibre entre présence sur chantier et travail de coordination centralisé.Une exposition à un large éventail de machines et de défis opérationnels.Un environnement professionnel et collaboratif offrant des perspectives d’évolution à long terme.Un package salarial et d’avantages compétitif, en adéquation avec l’expérience et les responsabilités.\nAbout Cabo Norte ProfessionalsCabo Norte Professionals is a team of highly driven recruitment experts based in Belgium with 20 years of in-house recruitment expertise in Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, France, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Australia.It’s our talent to find yours!
