Wij zijn op zoek naar een Plant & Equipment Operations Engineer – Bouwprojecten om een groeiend operations-team te versterken dat een grote en diverse vloot aan bouwmaterieel beheert.Je zal nationale projecten ondersteunen en daarnaast regelmatig ondersteuning bieden op projectlocaties in het buitenland. In deze rol zorg je voor een veilige, efficiënte en duurzame inzet van materieel over alle projecten.\nJouw bijdragePlannen en coördineren van de mobilisatie en demobilisatie van zwaar materieel over de projectlocaties.Technische en operationele ondersteuning bieden aan site-teams en method engineers bij materieelgerelateerde uitdagingen.De vloot materieel opvolgen en beheren: technische opvolging, administratieve monitoring en lifecycle management uitvoeren.Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van preventieve onderhoudsstrategieën om hoge beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van machines te waarborgen.Coördineren van inspecties, herstellingen en onderhoud met interne teams, onderaannemers en externe leveranciers.Incidenteel projectbezoeken in het buitenland uitvoeren om de toestand van het materieel te beoordelen en ondersteuning te bieden.Samenwerken met planning, procurement en projectmanagement om materieelbehoeften af te stemmen op projectplanning.Rapporteren over materieelgebruik, kosten, stilstand en prestatie-indicatoren, en verbeterpunten identificeren.Ondersteunen van continuous improvement-initiatieven: voorstellen doen voor upgrades, optimalisaties en kostenbesparende maatregelen.Zorgen voor naleving van gezondheids-, veiligheids- en milieuregels in alle materieelactiviteiten.Jouw profielMaster- of bacheloropleiding in werktuigkunde, elektromechanica of een aanverwante technische richting.3–8 jaar ervaring in plant- & equipment engineering, vlootbeheer of materieelonderhoud binnen de bouw of civiele techniek.Sterk technisch inzicht in zwaar bouwmaterieel, motoren, hydraulica en mechanische systemen.Ervaring in preventief onderhoud, lifecycle management en coördinatie van reparaties.Uitstekende organisatie- en projectcoördinatievaardigheden.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden — in staat om samen te werken met operationele teams, externe leveranciers en projectstakeholders.Flexibel en bereid om incidenteel projectbezoeken in het buitenland uit te voeren.Proactieve, oplossingsgerichte mindset met focus op continue verbetering.Wat wij biedenEen strategische ingenieursfunctie nauw verbonden met bouwoperaties en projectuitvoering.Kennis en ervaring opdoen met een breed scala aan complexe machines en materieel over meerdere locaties.Mogelijkheid om invloed uit te oefenen op materieelstrategie, optimalisatie en innovatie.Een collegiale en ondersteunende werkomgeving met duidelijke carrièrepaden.Competitief salaris- en voordelenpakket.\nAbout Cabo Norte ProfessionalsCabo Norte Professionals is a team of highly driven recruitment experts based in Belgium with 20 years of in-house recruitment expertise in Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, France, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Australia.It's our talent to find yours!
