Wij zijn op zoek naar een MEP Tender Engineer om een centrale tender- en calculatieafdeling te versterken die betrokken is bij complexe bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten in België.In deze functie draag je bij aan de technische en financiële voorbereiding van offertes, met een sterke focus op MEP-installaties en multidisciplinaire coördinatie.Je bent betrokken vanaf de eerste analyse tot en met de definitieve indiening van de offerte en helpt mee aan het uitwerken van competitieve en technisch onderbouwde voorstellen.\nJouw bijdrageMeewerken aan de technische studie en coördinatie van alle MEP-gerelateerde aspecten tijdens de aanbestedingsfase.Analyseren van bestekken, plannen, schema’s en contractuele documenten met betrekking tot MEP-installaties.Vertalen van project- en klantvereisten naar duidelijke technische en commerciële actieplannen.Opvragen, analyseren en vergelijken van prijsaanvragen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.Opstellen van kostramingen op basis van uitvoeringsmethodes, gekozen installaties, interne databanken en ontvangen offertes.Opmaken van vergelijkingstabellen en deelnemen aan interne overlegmomenten voor de finalisatie van offertes.Analyseren van offertes van onderaannemers en beoordelen van technische conformiteit, risico’s en opportuniteiten.Voorstellen van value engineering-oplossingen en technische alternatieven voor MEP-installaties.Zorgen voor een goede afstemming tussen MEP-disciplines en andere bouwdisciplines binnen de scope van de hoofdaannemer.Coördineren met MEP-studiebureaus, onderaannemers en andere externe stakeholders.Deelnemen aan overlegmomenten met onderaannemers en ontwerpteams indien nodig.Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van het finale aanbestedingsdossier.Jouw profielBachelor- of Masterdiploma in elektromechanica.Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring als MEP Tender Engineer, bij voorkeur met focus op HVAC.Sterke technische kennis van MEP-installaties en bouwmethodieken.Ervaring met complexe projecten in een multidisciplinaire context.Zelfstandig kunnen werken met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.Analytisch, gestructureerd en comfortabel met deadlines.Proactieve, oplossingsgerichte mindset met oog voor continue verbetering.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgericht.Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).Gevestigd in of bereid te werken in de regio Brussel (hybride werken mogelijk).Wat wij biedenEen sleutelrol binnen een centrale tenderafdeling voor grootschalige projecten.Blootstelling aan technisch uitdagende en multidisciplinaire dossiers.Een professionele en samenwerkingsgerichte werkomgeving met ruimte voor initiatief.Flexibele werkorganisatie met combinatie van kantoor en telewerk.Een competitief loonpakket met voordelen, afgestemd op ervaring en verantwoordelijkheid.\nAbout Cabo Norte ProfessionalsCabo Norte Professionals is a team of highly driven recruitment experts based in Belgium with 20 years of in-house recruitment expertise in Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, France, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Australia.It’s our talent to find yours!
