We are truly international and cover all important entertainment markets and languages.Who we needOur creative team in Munich supports us with videos and graphic assets to help our campaigns team, which works with the largest movie studios and streaming companies on complex online campaign setups reaching millions of movie fans in over 140 countries.To support our colleagues in our Munich office, we are looking for a Trainee Graphic Design (m/f/d). The duration of the trainee program is limited to 18 months and starts in April/May 2026.We are looking for creative minds who are keen to learn how high-end performance marketing design works from the ground up. You should be someone who loves visual storytelling but also manages to deliver results that create real value for our global clients.\nWhat you will be doingYou will be an integral part of our Creative Production team in Munich, focusing on the visual execution of international campaigns.You will learn how to design and adapt graphic assets for various digital platforms (Social Media, Display, Web and Print) while maintaining brand consistency.You will gain comprehensive insights into the creative workflow - from the first briefing and brainstorming to the final rollout.You will support the team in creating static and animated content for some of the biggest titles in the entertainment industry.You will work closely with different teams to translate data insights into compelling visuals.You will assist in the quality control of visual assets to ensure they meet our high standards and client requirements.What we need from youA strong portfolio or a collection of work samples that demonstrates your eye for layout, typography, and colour.Initial experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of InDesign or Figma is a big plus.Passion and deep knowledge of movies and series. Interest in sports is a plus.A hands-on mentality because you are eager to learn new tools and design trends quickly.A structured but flexible mindset that can handle multiple design tasks and switch priorities when a movie launch is around the corner.Great conduct in English.
