Discover a top-rated culture, vast growth opportunities and your next big career move with Aprio.Join Aprio's Information Technology team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities.  Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior IT M&A Analyst to join their dynamic team. This position requires frequent domestic travel (50%–60%) and possible international travel.The Senior IT M&A Analyst plays a key role within the IT M&A Integration team, reporting directly to the Director of IT M&A Integration. This position is responsible for supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions by analyzing incoming firm data, modifying integration playbooks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a smooth transition for acquired entities.\nKey Responsibilities: Request List Analysis: Analyze and parse data submitted by incoming firms.
