The Finance Business Partner will own financial oversight, planning, and performance management for these areas, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while maintaining strong cost control and commercial challenge.The role sits within the FP&A team and will also support wider reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis across the business.\nWhat you'll doBusiness Partnering and Cost ManagementAct as the primary finance partner for overhead cost centres including IT, Finance, People, and other corporate functionsOwn monthly cost centre reviews, leading meetings with senior stakeholders to explain actuals vs budget and prior periodsProvide clear commentary on variances, risks, and emerging cost pressuresChallenge spend where appropriate and support stakeholders in making informed, commercially sound decisionsForecasting and BudgetingLead quarterly reforecasting cycles for assigned cost centres, ensuring forecasts are accurate, robust, and well understoodPlay a key role in the annual budgeting process, working closely with stakeholders to build credible budgets aligned to business strategyIdentify efficiency opportunities and support cost optimisation initiativesFP&A and Ad Hoc SupportSupport the wider FP&A team on ad hoc projects, analysis, and strategic initiativesAssist with CFO and CEO level reporting, presentations, and board materials where requiredProvide analytical support on business cases, investment proposals, and cost benefit analysisStakeholder ManagementBuild strong, credible relationships with senior leaders across corporate functionsConfidently present financial information to senior management, including the CFO and CEOAct as a finance lead who can influence, challenge, and add value rather than simply report numbersAbout you Finance or accounting background, ideally ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalentProven experience in a Finance Business Partner or FP&A roleStrong experience working with senior stakeholders in non finance functionsConfident communicator, able to challenge constructively and explain financial issues clearlyStrong analytical skills with attention to detailComfortable operating in a fast paced environment with competing prioritiesCommercial mindset with a strong sense of ownershipConfident, credible, and comfortable dealing with senior leadershipProactive and solutions focusedAble to balance control with partnership\nWhat we can offerYou'll receive up to a 7% pension contribution, life insurance, income protection, and private medical insurance for peace of mind.
