As a Back Office Manager (Cards), you will:• Analyze and manage incoming card payment disputes and chargeback requests (clients disputing their payment for fraud or commercial litigation) with precision and efficiency.• Foster seamless interactions with cross-functional teams, enhancing communication and collaboration.• Work closely with external providers to ensure smooth operations and quality standards.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial and risk management processes.???? He joined Qonto in 2021, where he grew from Back-office Officer to Team Lead.
