As a Performance Marketing Manager - Netherlands at Qonto, you will• Manage and optimize paid search and social media campaigns (primarily Meta, with TikTok/Snapchat) to drive direct customer acquisition.• Achieve ambitious growth targets, helping Qonto to grow in the Dutch market.• Oversee a large budget, focusing heavily on efficiency and reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) .• Collaborate closely with the Netherlands tribe on strategy and with central teams (Design, Growth Ops) for creative assets, tracking, and data analysis.• Explore and potentially manage media awareness and programmatic campaigns to further support the market's growth.???? About your future manager You will report to Guillaume Robine, our Lead Acquisition & Media Awareness, Guillaume is a true expert in the DACH market with a strong multicultural background. Bilingual in French and German, he has been based in Germany since 2011. He joined Qonto in 2022 as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager and quickly evolved to become the Team Lead for Performance Marketing.
