As a Lead Corporate Development at Qonto, you will• Own Equity Story & IR: Refine the financial narrative for top-tier investors; manage GP relationships and roadshows• Master Financial Reporting: Own monthly/quarterly investor reporting; provide strategic insights and business updates• Corporate "Swiss Army Knife": Partner with leadership on business plans and ad-hoc strategic projects• Prepare for Next Stage: Implement listed-company standards and reporting for future financing???? About You• Experience: 8-10 years in Investment Banking (ECM) or strategic Finance/IR in large fintechs/banks.• Expertise: Financial modeling, equity stories, complex instruments (Equity, Debt).• Communication: Present to senior stakeholders; simplify data into narratives.• Mindset: Business-oriented, autonomous, strategic yet hands-on.• Languages: Fluent English.
