We use data to help clients become more efficient, increase profitability and give more customers an amazing experience. Want to be part of it? Role Overview:The Automation QA Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tooling solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our integration ecosystem (Salesforce, Boomi, NetSuite) and broader application landscape. This role combines software development skills with quality engineering principles to build scalable automation solutions, reduce manual testing effort, and accelerate release cycles while maintaining high-quality standards.\nMain Duties / Responsibilities:Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Technical Architects to review requirements and ensure testability and clarityDesign, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks for API, integration, and UI testingImplement automation best practices (Page Object Model, data-driven testing, modular design) across different testing layersBuild monitoring and reporting tools for test execution and quality metricsIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelinesAnalyze automation results and provide insights to development teamsInvestigate, reproduce, and log defects, and follow through to resolution in coordination with the development and product teamsContribute to process improvement by identifying testing gaps, suggesting tools, or automation enhancementsEssential Skills & Qualifications:4+ years of experience in a Software Quality Assurance/software development or test automation engineeringUnderstanding of QA principles, test case design, regression testing, and defect lifecycleHands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Zephyr, TestRail, Xray) and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA)Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in at least one language (Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#)API Automation: experience with API testingTest Frameworks: Experience with testing frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, pytest, Robot framework)Basic understanding of CI/CD IntegrationProficient with Git and collaborative development workflowsExperience in Agile/Scrum methodologiesExcellent communication skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders\nWhy join us?We’re on a journey to become market leaders in our space – and with that comes some incredible opportunities.
