We use data to help clients become more efficient, increase profitability and give more customers an amazing experience. Want to be part of it? Purpose of roleThe provision of an excellent Finance service is critical to the achievement of the Business Service Centre.  This role reports to the O2C Manager as part of the Assets & Billing team.  The role will be primarily responsible for defining and measuring performance of contracts and billing team, setting up appropriate metrics and measuring improvements as also identifying operations that will transition the Contracts and Billing Team activities to our hubs in CZ & IND.\nKey Duties & Responsibilities Ensures work flows correctly across both locations with a strong backup structure.Is a key player in the NetSuite project Kilimanjaro (tool improvement) from an operations perspective for identifying repeatable and defined processes that can move to India and those that will remain in CZIs a key player in the transitions of any process of O2C form other locations (e.g. Canada and any other acquisitions) to India.Works closely with IT and delivery to upgrade the ticketing tool to new CSS platform.Drives timely resolution of open cases around Assets and Billing.Leads and develops the team (objective setting, evaluation, PIP, career planning/guidance, training, mentoring & coaching).Will ensure operational policies and processes are adherent for all regionsDesign incentive plans to drive operational performance in conjunction with the O2C Manager and measure related outcomes Responsible for planning training for employees on all processes and procedures that transition to the hubs.
