We use data to help clients become more efficient, increase profitability and give more customers an amazing experience. Want to be part of it? Purpose of roleThe provision of an excellent Finance service is critical to the achievement of the Business Service Centre.  This role reports to the O2C Manager as part of the Assets & Billing team.  The role will be primarily responsible for defining and measuring performance of contracts and billing team, setting up appropriate metrics and measuring improvements as also identifying operations that will transition the Contracts and Billing Team activities to our hubs in CZ & IND.\nKey Duties & Responsibilities Ensures work flows correctly across both locations with a strong backup structure.Is a key player in the NetSuite project Kilimanjaro (tool improvement) from an operations perspective for identifying repeatable and defined processes that can move to India and those that will remain in CZIs a key player in the transitions of any process of O2C form other locations (e.g. Canada and any other acquisitions) to India.Works closely with IT and delivery to upgrade the ticketing tool to new CSS platform.Drives timely resolution of open cases around Assets and Billing.Leads and develops the team (objective setting, evaluation, PIP, career planning/guidance, training, mentoring & coaching).Will ensure operational policies and processes are adherent for all regionsDesign incentive plans to drive operational performance in conjunction with the O2C Manager and measure related outcomes Responsible for planning training for employees on all processes and procedures that transition to the hubs. Identifies and validates training opportunities and potential enhancements to processes in conjunction with GPO.Works actively with IT and manages relationships internally within CBM Team (Team Leads, GPO).Accountability for the defined billing & reporting cycle plus ensures this is adhered toResponsible for ensuring the production & analysis of accurate and timely monthly operational reports Drives continuous improvements within the team / shared service center’s.Execute ad-hoc requests or duties as requested by your manager.Experience of dealing with customers at all levelsAdvanced in Excel, MS word, and OutlookA working knowledge of Sales Force, NetSuite and NavisionAbility to manage and prioritize workloadAbility to manage across multiple locations,ensuring workload is evenly spread.Proficient in English language.Skills / Knowledge / Experience Team PlayerMust be reliable, show commitment and collaboration in day to day tasksConstructively communicate and share thoughts in a clear but honest manner, share information openly and willinglyActively collaborate to ensure that team targets are achievedCommunicationStrong communication ability to share knowledge Excellent customer care and strong interpersonal skillsAble to remain calm under pressure and manage stressful situations whilst maintaining a professional image working within the officeProblem Solving Ability to investigate dispute / issues using relevant associates expertise and knowledgeShare problems, openly discuss and collaborate with others to find a solution and form an action planAct appropriately in all situations and taking accountability for those actionsAdaptabilityFlexible attitude and able to work as part of a teamProactive and positive approach, working under own initiative and prioritizing and balancing workloadInnovation approach to processes\nWhy join us?We’re on a journey to become market leaders in our space – and with that comes some incredible opportunities.
