This position is Paris-based. ☎️ Our B2B team “Nothing stops them from getting the best deals for Joko users. The B2B team’s mission is to develop and grow Joko’s merchant network, and available offers.” The B2B team is divided between our three business lines at Joko: Online, Card-Linked, and Gift Cards. For the Online team , Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing our portfolio of e-commerce partners, directly with e-merchants or through our relationship with affiliate marketing platforms. As for Card-Linked , Account Executives are in charge of signing Enterprise deals with top-tier retailers with physical stores, and Account Managers are in charge of growing these long-lasting partnerships. Finally, for the Gift Cards team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing the portfolio of brands and retailers, through relations with providers and in direct relationships with merchants. What you will do As an Account Manager (Online) , your main mission will be to grow your portfolio of e-commerce partners in France and build a strong relationship with them. You will report to the Head of Online Business. You will be in charge of your own portfolio of brands, and work closely with other teams such as Marketing, Business Operations, Product, Data, and Tech. The Online Business has 3000 partners, including top e-commerce brands such as Amazon, Apple, Hotels.com, Nike, and more. It has experienced a 20x revenue growth over the past 2 years, generating over €500 million in annual revenue for our partners last year. Your responsibility will be to sustain this growth and help brands expand their business through Joko. Additionally, you will negotiate the best deals for our users. To achieve this, you will: Develop and manage a portfolio among 3000 online partners displaying offers on Joko. Negotiate commercial deals and special offers with brand partners and develop a comprehensive marketing plan to assist them in achieving their marketing strategy by reaching Joko users. Ensure close monitoring and analysis of our partnership performances in collaboration with the Marketing and Data teams. Leveraging banking and browsing data analysis to gather a clear vision of your partners’ market trends, and use this knowledge to perfectly tailor your offer proposal. Creating strong and long-lasting relationships with your partners (day-to-day relationship management, securing regular formal and informal touchpoints -meetings, live events…) Make sure that our partners benefit from all of our top features like BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later), coupons , price tracking, etc. Help Joko expand internationally (starting with the US) by leveraging French partnerships to launch offers in the US. You will also work to make the Online business grow by: Working with the Product and the Bizops teams to improve processes and build solid foundations to scale our department at Joko, in France, and abroad Contributing to the design of the commercial and onboarding strategy Working closely with the Marketing team, by establishing a robust communication roadmap to effectively reach our users with our top brands. ???? Who we're looking for Preferred experience: You have 1-3y experience in Finance, Consulting or Startups. Education : You have graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school. Languages: You are fluent in French and English, written and spoken. Our hiring process Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or a recruiter. Step 1 – Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team you’d join, or colleagues from other teams). Step 2 – Role-specific assessments For non-tech roles : Take-home case study followed by a 45 min debrief. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to the role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design). For tech roles : Live technical interviews: Coding interview + System design interview For research internships, an additional round may involve analyzing and presenting a research paper Step 3 – Founders interview (45 min): Conversation with two of our founders.
