Establish engineering culture: Define and model the values, rituals, and practices that make Central’s engineering org world-class. Build a strong, cohesive culture across a fully remote team. Design the org for growth: Define roles, career paths, and structures that let us scale smoothly to 20+ engineers while maintaining velocity and quality.
