Despite a complex domain and data model, most new hires get productive on our stack within a few days. \nWhat you’ll do:Lead a small team of backend engineersServe our AI/ML team with infrastructure for training and online inferenceDesign, develop and operate a core data systems for ingestion, warehousing and analysisOperate and scale our internal treasury management APIsDebug, quantify and minimize exceptionsSet up sustainable best practices for DevOps and FinOps, including monitoring and analyticsChampion new practices to improve customer experience and enable exponential growthLead and own projects end to endWhat we're looking for:3-5 years experience building and deploying software at scale3-5 years of experience in FinTech, payments or related financial systemsExperience as an accountable tech lead or engineering managerExperience with our tech stack (or willingness to learn quickly/independently)Data-driven approach, fluency in SQL and Datadog and as well as GoDeep experience with modern cloud-native data architectureMotivated, entrepreneurially minded individuals who thrive in an environment with minimal structure, high ownership and technically challenging problemsAbility to understand complex business requirements and translate them into pragmatic technical plansAn efficient approach to software development that drives accuracy and user experience\n$175,000 - $225,000 a yearSalary Range$175,000 - $225,000BenefitsMedicalDentalVision401K\n
