We are looking for a visionary Senior UX/UI Designer to take the helm of our design strategy and execution. Mobile messaging is at the heart of how people connect, and in this role, you won’t just be "working on an app" - you will own the end-to-end design experience across our entire mobile app.You will drive the Vision and own product design across our platform.You will lead UI and UX from discovery through delivery.You will be the architect of our Figma design system, maintaining its integrity while evolving it to meet new product challenges.Reporting directly to Product and partnering intimately with Engineering, you’ll bridge the gap between "what's possible" and "what's beautiful."\nWhat you’ll do:Own end-to-end design for new features and product improvements.Translate product requirements into flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.Build, document, and scale a consistent design system in Figma.Create reusable components and enforce design standards across squads.Run lightweight user research and usability testing.Collaborate daily with PMs and engineers to ship production-ready designs.Review implemented work to ensure design quality in release.
