We are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead sourcing and placement efforts across multiple industries. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, conducting 80–100 candidate interviews monthly and filling 3–5 roles per month. You’ll work closely with U.S.-based hiring managers and Latin American candidates in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. Success in this role means: Filling 2–5 positions monthly within the first 3–6 months Building a steady pipeline of Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs) Managing multiple clients, candidates, and time zones while maintaining responsiveness Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview 80–100 candidates monthly using LinkedIn, ATS, and outbound methods Align with CTOs and hiring managers on role requirements, market trends, and candidate progress Manage multiple roles and schedules across U.S. and LATAM time zones Identify and market MPCs for new opportunities Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and candidates Requirements: 3-5+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of meeting monthly placement targets You must have personally recruited 50+ software engineers, AI or technical roles Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment Fluent English (C1 or C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills Availability to work 9–5 EST with occasional flexibility for nights/weekends Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a recruitment agency setting Prior experience with U.S. clients Familiarity with innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies Lifelong learner, you want to grow in the HR and recruiting industry Compensation & Logistics: Full-time, remote role based in Latin America OTE: $34,000/year (Base + Commissions) Benefits: PTO after 3 months, education stipends, annual company retreats, fully remote forever Company Overview: LatamCent.com is a nearshore staffing agency that connects top-tier talent across Latin America with U.S.-based B2B tech companies.
