About the Role We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation for a B2B SaaS company targeting U.S. and European markets. This role is focused on proactive outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team. You will work closely with Account Executives and marketing to identify, engage, and convert high value prospects into sales opportunities. This is a remote role based in Latin America with required overlap with U.S. and/or European business hours. Key Responsibilities Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn Build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and buyer personas Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot Track and report on outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution Continuously test and optimize messaging to improve reply and booking rates Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine targeting strategy Requirements 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales as an SDR or BDR Proven experience prospecting into U.S. and/or European markets Strong experience with HubSpot (CRM management and reporting) Hands on experience with Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Fluent English (C1 or C2 level required) Native or fluent Spanish Strong written and verbal communication skills Metrics driven mindset with consistent quota achievement Ability to work aligned with U.S. and/or European time zones Preferred Qualifications Experience working in early stage or high growth SaaS environments Experience selling into mid market or enterprise accounts Experience running multi touch outbound sequences Success Indicators (First 3 to 6 Months) Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly meeting booking targets Generating qualified pipeline aligned with defined ICP Maintaining high CRM hygiene and accurate reporting in HubSpot Improving reply and conversion rates through messaging optimization Becoming a reliable pipeline contributor for the sales team Compensation & Logistics Remote position based in Latin America Full time role USD compensation based on experience Required overlap with U.S. and/or European business hours Company Overview Our client is a growing B2B SaaS company focused on expanding its presence in the Americas markey.
