Your main focus will be to bring the alpha version of a product in the employee cybersecurity space into general availability.The roleYou will join the Product team as a Product Manager focused on Discovery, innovation and business impact. You will own your product end-to-end, exploring new opportunities, shaping strategy, and turning ideas into market-ready value.We are not looking for an execution-driven PM, but for a product manager owner, innovator and strategist. Discovery and innovation are at the core of this role.\nWhat you will do ????Product strategy, innovation & ownership : Own product vision, strategy and roadmap, explore new opportunities, shape bold product directions, and be accountable for business outcomes from discovery to market success.Discovery & innovation-driven product management (≈80%) : Lead a continuous discovery and innovation process: user interviews, trend and market exploration, hypothesis testing, prototyping and validation of new product concepts before delivery.Business mindset & go-to-market : Drive product decisions with a strong business lens, including monetization, pricing, positioning, sales enablement and go-to-market strategy to ensure adoption and revenue impact.Delivery collaboration (≈20%) : Translate validated discoveries into outcome-driven initiatives, collaborate closely with engineering and design, while relying on the Engineering Manager to own execution and delivery.Who you are ????2–10 years of experience in fast-paced, growth environments (not large, slow-moving organizations).Skills and impact matter more than formal Product Manager titles.Strong discovery instincts: you naturally engage with users and markets.Comfortable exploring ambiguity, proposing bold ideas, and shaping undefined problem spaces.Able to balance creativity, intuition and data in product decisions.Strong business mindset, with an interest in value creation and monetization.High ownership, autonomy and accountability.Motivated by Riot’s mission (cybersecurity expertise can be learned).Fluent in English, native French.Based in Paris or willing to relocate.It will be a cultural fit if ????You're a doer: not afraid to get your hands dirty and get things doneYou have high standards: expect performance to be nothing short of the bestYou are an enthusiastic at heart: exhibit passion and excitement over workWhy join us at Riot ????Join a healthy-financial company: we're financially strong and highly capital-efficient.
