That's why we have our eyes on you.What’s the role?Tevora is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to join our Marketing Events team in the west – a key role focused on supporting the planning and execution of client marketing events that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and sales success. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, travel-ready, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced marketing team.In this role, you’ll travel across the country as you coordinate and execute luxury marketing events, including concerts, dinners, sporting events and more. Your job is to embody a positive customer experience as you manage logistics to ensure events run smoothly. You’ll work with caterers and venue managers to make sure our high-end events create an executive-level experience and live up to your most discerning standards. You’ll thrive here if you're proactive, adaptable, and can balance multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Whether you're coordinating event communications, collaborating with internal teams, or wrapping up post-event logistics, your eye for detail and strong communication skills will help make every event a success. The main responsibility of this job as a part of the marketing team is event coordination and execution for the West Coast of the United States. This position also has responsibilities assigned as needed at the direction of the manager or director. \nNecessary skills and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field3-5 years hands-on event planning experienceProven ability to work with clients or internal stakeholdersSelf-starter with ability to work independently or with a teamExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsFlexible and adaptableWorking knowledge of communications and/or design software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, CVENT, etc.Experience with planning software such as MondayKey Responsibilities:Travel regularly across country to coordinate and execute marketing eventsEvent research and planning for marketing eventsCoordinate day-to-day execution for specific events and on-site logistics, including budget coordination and sponsor communication, with input from Manager and Director.Complete duties associated with event logistics including confirmation emails and calls; nametags and sign-in sheet creationObtain presentations from director and sponsorsMaintain sponsor communication regarding pre-event logistics and post-event wrap up Maintain sales/consulting team communication pre and post event On-site event coordination. Overnight travel required Conduct post-event duties including sending final attendee list to sales operations and logistical wrap up on attendance and budget to manager the day after the event Submit invoice request to accountingInterface with sales representatives to promote events to prospectsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of event details in project management tools such as CVENT and Monday.comManage sourcing and purchasing branded swag and promotional itemsManage expense reports for events teamEvent registration software management (Cvent)Collaborate with Internal Marketing Manager on internal events, to include holiday party and other events as needed.Responsible for managing, tracking and submitting entries to industry awards.Required to work in the Irvine, California office once a week minimum while Tevora is on a hybrid work schedule. Subject to change.
