That's why we have our eyes on you.What's the role?Tevora is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist to join our People Operations team.   This role will drive full-cycle recruitment for cybersecurity and software development positions while also supporting key People Operations initiatives, including internship program management, onboarding oversight, ATS administration, and employee lifecycle coordination.  You will play a critical role in helping us attract top talent while ensuring a seamless and professional employee experience from offer acceptance through onboarding and beyond. \nA day in the life could include: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for our dynamic cybersecurity internship program, as well as assisting with full-time cybersecurity and software development roles, including job description creation, market analysis, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer letter managementConduct screenings to assess candidates' knowledge in areas such as network security, cloud security, ethical hacking, incident response, penetration testing, and secure coding practicesOversee and coordinate the employee onboarding process, ensuring timely communication, documentation completion, and cross-departmental readiness for new hires Serve as a primary administrator for the Lever ATS, including job postings, workflow configuration, reporting, system optimization, and user supportSupport offboarding coordination, including process tracking, documentation management, and internal stakeholder communicationBuild and maintain a strong early talent pipeline for internship programs, including potential participation in on-campus recruiting events and university outreach initiativesCollaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand role requirements and ensure hiring alignment with specific project and client security needsParticipate in strategic initiatives to enhance cybersecurity talent acquisition processes and help design new approaches to attract top-tier talentRespond to and triage initial employee inquiries related to People Operations processesAdditional duties as assigned Necessary skills and qualifications:2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a blended People Operations roleExperience recruiting in cybersecurity or related technical fields preferredDemonstrated experience managing or coordinating programs (internship, early talent, or similar initiatives)Experience with Lever or other ATS systems, technical sourcing tools, and other recruitment platforms, such as LinkedIn RecruiterStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with highly technical professionals. Bonus Points:Experience in consulting or personal services environments. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple high-priority roles. Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes in a growing organization. Understanding of cybersecurity technologies and trends, including certifications such as CISSP, PCI QSA, CISM, CEH, or similar. Additional Requirements Eligibility to work in the United StatesAbility to attend occasional on-campus recruiting events and university engagement activities, as neededAbility to come into our Irvine office once per weekAbility to coordinate effectively across distributed teams and stakeholdersWe've got you covered!Comprehensive benefits offering Paid time off and holidays 401k with Company match Vibrant work culture \n$38 - $41 an hour\nEEOC StatementTevora is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
