That's why we have our eyes on you.What's the role?Tevora is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Project Management Operations team. To be successful in this role a high level of organization will be necessary as our environment is a fast-paced one. The selected candidate will be a motivated, positive, and overall team player with the desire to work in a growing company.\nA day in the life could include:Support the Program Manager in facilitating client-facing projects delivered on time and within scope and budget by tracking day-to-day activities such as scheduling and preparing for calls, client communication, timelines, and deliverable progressDaily communication and coordination with the Consulting team and within the Project Management OfficeInteraction with executive management-level clients on a regular basisSupport the PMO by owning key internal processes Assist with maintaining project documentation, including ensuring data integrity for enterprise reporting purposesNecessary skills and qualifications:Bachelor Degree requiredAbility to track and manage details for multiple projects simultaneouslyAdaptable to change and work well in a fast-paced environment Multi-tasking and time management skillsDynamic, enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate to an advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and OutlookHighly organized and strong problem solver Project Coordinator or Administrative Support experience preferredAble to adapt and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentBonus Points:Demonstrated experience in working in cross-functional teamsExperience with MS Project and Salesforce or other ERP (enterprise resource planning) platform Experience supporting sandbox testing, and corresponding data entry and analysis Experience in client or customer-facing rolesWe've got you covered!Comprehensive benefits offeringPaid time off and holidays401k with Company matchVibrant work cultureGrowth OpportunityAdditional requirements:A valid driver's license is required.Eligibility to work in the United States.No bankruptcies or negative reports on credit report\n$22 - $28 an hourDOE \nEEOC StatementTevora is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
