You will join highly motivated, energetic sales professionals that take pride in landing new customers, running strategic sales cycles and delivering the Smarsh message to a wide base of accounts across the Financial Services industry. \nHow will you contribute? Hire, train and lead a team of Corporate Sales RepresentativesCoach and develop a results-driven team on driving growthDevelop CSR's for career growth within the Smarsh Sales organizationConduct regular reviews with reps to guide expectations and drive desired resultsMotivate Individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorshipDrive continuous improvement throughout the team, raising improvement suggestions and/or pain points to Sales leadershipReport on sales metrics and forecast to senior sales managementActively use salesforce.com to lead the sales process, and set standards for performance metricsAccurately forecast and manage team pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis using salesforce.comInitiate and coordinate demand generation outreach with Marketing department personnelWhat will you bring? College Degree1+ years experience managing, hiring and training Corporate Sales Representatives to achieve performance goals is highly preferred but not required4+ years experience in a technical sales role is required.
